On September 14, 2024, Posco E & C Vietnam Co., Ltd organized a training course on professional ethics, building and developing corporate culture in 2024 for 113 officers and employees of the company.
Company representative Mr. Lee Dong In, Division leader of purchasing department, was in charge of the presentation. The topic clarified common issues about corporate culture, why it is necessary to build corporate culture and the significance of building corporate culture.
At the training session, all officers and employees were updated and equipped with necessary knowledge and skills in the field of ethical management campaigns to excellently complete their tasks, contributing to improving work quality and efficiency.
In addition, the training course also aims to gradually raise awareness of developing corporate culture and professional ethics for each individual in the company.
